Custom Product Policy
All products are manufactured strictly according to the customer's logo and design. Before production, we provide product design diagrams and 3D mold images for repeated confirmation with the client. Only after approval do we proceed with batch production.
If production errors occur due to our fault, we will bear the cost. If issues arise due to customer-provided designs or information, we will not be liable for the cost. Once goods are shipped and received, any issues will be discussed and resolved with the customer.
Quality issues caused by our production will be covered by us.
