Shipping Cost and Final Arrangement

Shipping Insurance and Delivery Issues

The final compensation solution depends on the rules of the logistics company, carrier policy, shipping method, declared value, insurance status and the evidence provided. Different logistics companies may have different compensation standards and claim procedures.
Please keep the outer packaging, shipping label, product photos and any damage evidence if a shipping issue is found after delivery. These materials may be required by the logistics company for claim review.
Custom Product Shipment Notes
Before bulk production and shipment, we confirm product details with the customer through artwork, 3D mold images, sample photos, remote video confirmation or physical samples when required.
Once the products are produced and shipped according to confirmed details, shipping arrangements will follow the selected delivery method. If product quality issues are caused by our production, we will take responsibility and provide reasonable support.
